Stuart is responsible for the operational performance of the company and is supported by a strong team with specialist skills in endoscopy. He is an experienced senior management professional with extensive operational & commissioning expertise driving and delivering change in the health sector. He has worked at senior management levels within nursing, hospital management and also within Gloucestershire PCT as a commissioner where he introduced programme budgetting. As well as being a qualified nurse (Bsc Hons) he holds an MBA (distinction) and also studied international healthcare systems and so brings a wealth of skills and experience to IEL.
Steve is a full time endoscopist performing diagnostic and therapeutic gastroscopy, flexible sigmoidoscopy, colonoscopy, enteroscopy and is also an accredited bowel cancer screening colonoscopist. Originally a GP principal, he left to become PDL's medical director in 2009.
Steve is responsible for ensuring that all endoscopists meet our stringent quality standards and he is directly involved in recruiting, training and appraising endoscopists. Steve hosts many symposiums talking about endoscopy and the benefits of the community services and early diagnostics. Steve has recently introduced capsule endoscopy to the company.
Mark joined InHealth in November 2015 as the Operations Manager for the South East and London. Mark is an experienced manager with a background in service management in local government. Whilst working in local government he managed a number of large and complex contracts and projects including the divestment of services to local communities. Mark has been recognised nationally for this work by winning or being a finalist in a number of national award events. After 20 years of working in local government Mark spent two years working as an operations manager for a charity providing services to NHS and private companies including mobilising and managing a Neonatal transport contract. Mark is an Emergency Medical Technician, he volunteers for an organisation providing medical cover at public events and is also a Community First Responder supporting his local community with pre-hospital care in support of the East of England Ambulance NHS Trust. Mark is a passionate people manager and believes that we must put our patients and staff first.
Andy joined InHealth in December 2015 as Operations Manager for South West and London. Andy has over 20 years' experience of working with the London Ambulance Service where he worked in the Emergency Operations Room. During his time with the LAS, Andy delivered a number of IT projects which led to significant improvements to ambulance response times and patient outcomes. He has also worked with the NHS 111 service helping to improve processes within the contact centre enabling call handlers to obtain the right assistance more quickly and reducing call wait times.
Andy's special interest is in process improvement and he is passionate about finding solutions to improve the service for patients and staff. He is currently working on an online business and management degree as well as a Six Sigma black belt qualification.. In his spare time, Andy enjoys spending time with his family and learning to play the violin.
Claire joined InHealth (then Prime Diagnostics Limited) in July 2010 and is now working with existing and new healthcare partners and customers to help develop solutions to provide the highest quality of care and service to patients.
Previously Claire enjoyed over 10 years' experience working with Private Sector Companies in Key Relationship Management and Process Management Roles.
During her 6 years with InHealth she has discovered her passion is working within the Healthcare Sector. With the Endoscopy Team she has helped to deliver Community Endoscopy Services in Operational, Programme Management and Administrative roles.
Outside of work, Claire enjoys spending time with her family, attempts at garden design on a budget and long walks in the Countryside.
